Paper Submission

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  1. Authors are requested to submit online using the submission system on the conference website.
  2. Never submit twice. Only one submission for one manuscript, please.
  3. Corresponding authors are requested to provide all their contact information, including emails and WhatsApp.
  4. Authors will receive an email from the technical committee (TC) to confirm the receiver of the submission, and the manuscript ID will be provided.
  5. The TC will decide and inform the correspondent on the paper [Desk rejected, Resubmit with elementary amendments, Pass to review].

MANUSCRIPT REQUIREMENTS

Notes and restrictions on submitted manuscripts to ICSSD2026. 

  1. No more than five authors.
  2. No more than 10% self-citations of any author. [one self-citation in every 10 references].
  3. Paper length is not less than 15 pages of A4 in the conference template.
  4. The maximum cumulative similarity of the research paper is 20%, with no more than 5% from one single source.
  5. Use of AI and plagiarism is not tolerated and will lead to desk rejection.

Notes on manuscript preparation.

  1. Use the provided MS Word template.
  2. Text and numbers inside the figure and flowcharts are preferred to be Arial size 9 or Calibri 10, not bold, not italic. Use only one font style in all the figures and flowcharts in your paper.
  3. All figures and tables of results should be editable, not pictures. If the author is unable to provide original, editable Excel-produced results figures, please do not submit your paper. The maximum number of figures is 15. 
  4. References citations in the text and tables are name(s) and [#]. E.g.: Kamal and Selam [14]. E.g.: Hamid et al. [11]
  5. Use DOI for each reference as a link. https://doi.org/10.1016/C2014-0-03107, not 10.1016/C2014-0-03107. If DOI is not available, indicate a URL of the reference.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE

  1. Plagiarism and the use of AI are not tolerated and lead to desk rejection.
  2. The selection of papers for relevant journals or chapters is restricted to the conference Technical Committee. However, all in Scopus. 
  3. The conference does not promise publication acceptance from the journal within 4 months, but not after 6 months after the conference. Delay may happen due to multiple review rounds.
