Registration
REGISTRATION:
Registration fee is 200 USD inclusive of the 2 days lunch, coffee breaks, and conference materials. A 100 USD reduction for overseas online presentations applicable for the non-Iraqi participants.
PARTICIPATION:
Individuals, organizations, and institutes can participate in the conference with 100 USD fee inclusive of the 2 days lunch, coffee breaks, and conference materials. Participants are free to attend any keynote speech and technical session.
PUBLICATIONS:
All submitted, registered, paid, and upgraded papers under ICSSD2026 will be published in one of the following Scopus-indexed, open access journals.
The publication fee is 400 USD for any one of the following journals.
The conference reserve the right to reject any paper not meeting the conference and the journal’s standards.

PAYMENT METHOD:
- Total fees are 600 USD, including 200 USD for conference registration and 400 USD for editing, upgrading, proofreading, and publication.
- All payments are in USD.
- A letter of acceptance (LoA) for oral presentation and receipt will be provided after payment.
- Internal payment can be made to the conference through the treasurer, Dr Hasanain (00964(0)7755607195), as cash or as a bank transfer.
- Cash payment on the event spot during the conference registration is acceptable.
- International contributors can credit to ACARES account with an added 20 USD to cover the rate of exchange. Details of the account will be provided in the proforma invoice.
