ICSSD2024
The ICSSD2024 is the second version of the annual International Conference on Sustainability Systems Development. The conference was organized by ACARES – Malaysia (https://www.acaress.org) and took place in Bristoria Hotel – Erbil – Kurdistan – Iraq for the period 14-15 July 2024.
There were remarkable interactions and fruitful discussions on the various topics presented at the conference. The conference wrapped up, and the closing ceremony included the chairman’s welfare and congratulations for the successful event.
After two weeks, the communication started with the authors to upgrade the selected papers for publication. A total of 80 accepted papers have been all considered for publication in Scopus-indexed journals. Nine review and outlook papers have been developed and formatted as chapters and submitted to NOVA – USA for publication in the book “Advancements in Sustainability Systems II”. The technical committee revised and decided on the distribution of the rest of the registered, presented, and upgraded papers for publication in Scopus-Indexed journals: EEJ, JESTEC, IJCMEM, IJHT, and IJEPM.
It is without argument that the event represents a remarkably successful meeting for gathering researchers from various countries to share their research findings, and to have the opportunity to meet and discuss experts in their research fields.
The third version, the 3rd International Conference on Sustainability Systems Development, ICSSD2025, will take place in Erbil – Kurdistan – Iraq, on 20-21 July 2025.
